Our 'Gynae on Repeat' subscription is an all-inclusive health plan for just £99/month. It includes up to 2 consultations with a Gynaecology Consultant, up to 4 consultations with a Specialty Doctor, and additional services like 2 ultrasound scans and 2 sets of blood tests, as needed.
Our Gynae Chat Support is a monthly subscription that costs £19.99. With this feature, you can have unlimited chats with a Specialty Doctor anytime you have a question or concern about your gynaecological health.

Nope, you don't need a referral to access our services. Just pick the clinic or service that you're interested in, and you can book directly through your account or the customer service team.
We understand that your time is precious. Generally, we can book you in for an appointment within a matter of days. However, we also offer emergency consultations, subject to availability. Our Online clinics have the best availability.
We do not accept Walk-ins. For the best possible experience, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.

All your medical records are securely stored in our encrypted database. You can request a copy at any time by contacting our customer service, and we'll provide you with access.
Yes, we do accept select health insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider to see if our services are covered under your plan. Currently, we accept BUPA, WPA, Vitality, Cigna, PruHealth, AXA and Aviva. But each provider and each plan is different, so please call ahead to make sure all the services you need are covered. You can also contact our customer service team to find out which insurance companies we have partnerships with.
If you have insurance that covers our services, please provide your insurance details at the time of booking. We will bill your insurance provider directly. If there are additional costs not covered by your insurance, we will inform you beforehand.
If your insurance doesn't cover all the services you need, you can opt to pay the difference out-of-pocket. We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience and also provide detailed invoices suitable for insurance claims.
Yes we do offer flexible interest-free payment methods. We have partnered with Ottimo Pay to offer this service. It is an easy-to-use service that is completely online. Our team can help you set this up if needed.
